GRILLZ TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Overview
1.1 These terms apply to all grillz purchased from Iona Hindmarch Bisset. By purchasing grillz, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

2. Age Requirement
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase grillz. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the Product
3.1 Grillz are fashion accessories and are not medical or dental devices.
3.2 Iona Hindmarch Bisset is not a dental professional, and this service does not constitute dental or medical treatment.
3.3 Customers are responsible for their own dental health and suitability for wearing grillz.
3.4 We recommend consulting your dentist prior to purchase to determine your suitability for grillz.

4. Bespoke Work & Orders
4.1 All grillz are bespoke and individually made to the customer’s specifications.
4.2 Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
5. Impressions & Instructions
5.1 Customers must carefully follow all impression kit instructions. Accurate impressions are essential for correct fit.
5.2 We are not responsible for poor fit caused by inaccurate impressions, failure to follow instructions or changes to dental structure.
5.3 Additional fees may apply if new impressions are required.

6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Due to the bespoke nature of grillz, all sales are final.
6.2 Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted except in the case of confirmed manufacturing faults.
6.3 This exemption is in accordance with UK consumer law for custom-made goods.

7. Production & Payment
7.1 Production timelines are estimates and delays may occur due to handmade processes or external factors.
7.2 Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.

8. Use & Care
8.1 Customers must follow all care instructions and remove grillz when eating, drinking, sleeping or exercising.
8.2 Failure to follow care guidance may increase the risk of discomfort or damage.

9. Risks & Liability
9.1 Wearing grillz may involve risks such as discomfort, irritation or allergic reaction, particularly if proper care is not followed.
9.2 We are not liable for issues arising from misuse, improper care, impression errors or pre-existing dental conditions.

10. International Customers
10.1 International customers are responsible for customs duties, local regulations and import fees.
10.2 We are not liable for delays, confiscation or additional charges.

11. Intellectual Property & Law
11.1 All grillz designs remain the intellectual property of Iona Hindmarch Bisset.
11.2 These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
