4.1 By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have read the full product description.
4.2 A legally binding contract is formed once checkout is completed and payment has been received.
4.3 All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time.
4.4 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or external factors.
5.2 Responsibility for the product transfers to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Faulty Goods
6.1 Returns are accepted only in the case of a genuine manufacturing fault.
6.2 You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
6.3 If approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging. We will offer a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.
6.4 This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
