What metal do you use?

All jewellery currently available in our shop is made from 100% recycled sterling silver. Our gold plated pieces have 24K gold vermeil for extra durability. The recycled origin does not affect the durability, value, or purity of the metal. It is chemically and structurally identical to newly mined silver, with the added benefit of being more environmentally responsible!

Every piece is tested and hallmarked by the UK Assay Office to guarantee its quality.

For commissions, we can work in a range of precious metals including different gold karats. Please contact us if you would like to discuss options.

Is recycled silver as good as new silver?

Yes. Recycled silver has the same strength, purity, and longevity as newly mined silver. The only difference is its source. Using recycled metals reduces environmental impact while maintaining the same high-quality standard.

How do I know my ring size?

We recommend visiting a professional jeweller to have your fingers sized accurately. If you are based in London, we can size you in person, just reach out to us and we will happily arrange a convenient time with you.

If you would prefer to measure at home, we have a ring sizing guide on our website. Make sure to follow it carefully as it can be easy to measure yourself incorrectly. Please note that accurate sizing is essential for made-to-order jewellery.

Will silver tarnish?

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time due to exposure to air and moisture. This is normal and can be easily cleaned. Regular wear can actually help slow tarnishing.
